We offer two core managed service offerings.
Comprehensive Support Plan (CSP). Introduced in 2001, CSP has a retention rate of more than 90%. The plan combines the preventive maintenance you would expect for servers and workstations with the consultation and guidance you would expect from an in-house Information Technology Director. This flat-fee plan includes all core services, plus discretionary support, consulting and key hardware warranty and software licensing renewals.
Automated Maintenance/Preventative Maintenance (AM/PM) Plan. With this plan, we maintain
all your servers and workstations. We take care of all patches, malware, scanning, virus signature verifications and junk file removal. If you’ve got a server, our Network Operations Center regularly monitors it for any type of alert. This allows us to resolve problems before they impact performance. |
